Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries. To champion our mission, the following activities may be carried out: Provide ACT/SAT preparation and financial services for students Provide school supplies for at risk youth and low income communities Provide life skills to young men and women that will help guide their lives in a positive and productive manner Provide alcohol, tobacco and other drug prevention programs Provide mentoring services for at risk youth Provide community health education services to low income and rural communities Implement workforce development training activities; to include interview and resume preparation Provide civic engagement and volunteer services opportunities for our youth Provide resources and support to empower marginalized communities Work cooperatively with existing public and private agencies toward the effective utilization of Human Resources in the community.
